I found them both interesting especially the comments to the first article.

We use our playgrounds regularly and we are lucky to have a couple of different ones close by. However, they also have teenage children hanging around which sometimes can be off-putting. Hopefully that will be resolved with the recent addition of a new youth club in our area.

Hi 21st Century Mummy.
We like to go during the day when mostly all we see are kids and parents. There are lots of different playgrounds near us so we like to visit new one. We going to try some of these new playscapes though they look really cool. I wonder how my kids will react to them.
The kids love to let off steam in the garden with their bikes. We have a few pieces of outdoor equipment (playtable balls) but they always find something to do even if it’s ‘replanting’ flowers.

We don’t currently have a playground in the backyard but we take our kids to them all the time all over the place. You wouldn’t believe how many of them there are in each city. Great exercise and great health for the whole family!

It’s fun especially during the summer months to find new playgrounds in neighbouring towns. Some real gems out there.
