- Allowing chunks of time to play that’s not directed but safely monitored by you. No interfering…..
- Allowing plenty of opportunities for your child to be self motivated, passionate and totally lost in an activity of their choosing. This means you have to provide chances, opportunities and plenty of times for this to grow and take effect.
- Allowing a chance to hear, “I’m bored!” and watch, lead and direct them to be able to navigate this time so that in the future they can never be bored again. ( Hint: Give them choices.)
